Total land area of 2,000 Dunums (2.000,000 m²)

The construction is in two phases:

Phase 1: Covers a land area of 800,000 m² consisting of 1000 properties :
Villas, Semi- Villas, and flats shall be built at this stage. The outer appearance of the flats shall be co-ordinated with the design of the villas, giving a sense of harmony. The time allowed for its completion is three years.

Phase 2: Shall cover an area of 1.200,000 m², and shall begin after Phase 1 is completed.
